Our specialist review Engineering and Construction Drawings, calculate the quantitys of major commodities and record the amount and unit of measure. We use a well-organized check-list of work that help reduce the chances of duplicating or omitting an item. Accurate quantity takeoff is extremely important for cost estimating because it often establishes the quantity and unit of measure for the costs of labor and contractor’s equipment and establish a budget of the project which will form the project controls, procurement and contract plans of the project.

BOQs are created in Excel or integrated to any Cost Estimating Software if that's what you need.
